Our Patient Support Programs are designed to help patients initiate, adhere and persist on their therapy (oncology, rare disease, diabetes, cardio-vascular diseases, etc.) through multi-channels engagement such as : SMS, Emails, Phone calls, in-person visits, home visits, web portal, etc.
Our Patient Support Programs are guided by a robust solution architecture that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual patients in their treatment journey.
Overall, Human Care Systems has been working for more than 10 years in over 30 countries. In the past 5 years, we have supported over 350,000 patients globally across 40 brands on oral oncology, diabetes, respiratory chronic diseases medications.
In JAPAC area, with a main office is in Singapore and employees in Vietnam, Taiwan, and South Korea, we are able to design and implement our Patient Support Programs across the region. Furthermore, we have established and continue to establish partnerships with nurses agencies and call centers in Singapore, South Korea Taiwan and Malaysia - in order to maximize our reach in the region.
