How to make it a part of your own corporate culture?
Google has learned some principles of innovation over the years. The approach helps guide us through our product strategy in search, advertising and a suite of consumer products, and also to a number of other endeavors we engage in, from HR to our office buildings to GoogleX. Andrew’s job is to cause Googley things to happen in Southeast Asia. In his career in software so far, he has worked on web-based voice mail, artificial intelligence conversation bots, help documents that can automatically do what they describe, and software that makes videos automatically. He has worked in both startups and big places like Microsoft and Nortel Networks. At Google, he is helping to make products that millions of people use every day.
