Asia's millionaires' number 1 spending priority is travel; and while they have begun travelling outside the region, Singapore is still one of the top destinations on their minds. In this talk, Amrita Banta, MD of Agility Research and Strategy, will disclose some of the most powerful insights brands need to know about how millionaires, especially those from China, are spending their money on and during their travels.
In particular, attendees will learn about how millionaires are spending on luxury goods and experiences; which hospitality and luxury brands are on top of the list; and the motivations that drive their purchases. In addition, Amrita will also discuss the consumer behaviour of the local Singaporean millionaires and how to create a winning strategy to attract them.

Amrita has a 20-year career in growing and developing businesses in Asia, having carried out over 350 consulting engagements across various industry verticals. She is the Managing Director of Agility Research & Strategy, a luxury research and consulting firm that works with leading global premium brands for insights on Affluent consumers. She is also Executive Director of AFFLUENTIAL, a Global leader on intelligence and data on affluent consumers. She has spoken at different events worldwide, including the International Luxury Travel Market in Shanghai and the New York Times International Luxury Conference in Versailles, and is the only Asian woman to be included in the Luxury Women to Watch 2017 by Luxury Daily.
