The F&B and Hospitality committee aims at promoting French Gastronomy in Singapore, by organising monthly luncheons and exceptional networking events.
This committee is also the opportunity for Food and Beverage representatives to meet, network, exchange ideas and discuss common issues.

Originally from Meursault in the heart of Burgundy, la Paulée celebrates the end of the grape harvest. This celebration used to include wine makers, cellar workers and the surrounding community. It has since evolved to become an international wine event and the FCCS organised two editions of La Paulée de Singapour at Fort Canning Park! (more)
